All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. To issue a refund, you need to e-mail us at info@haiyue-edu.com. After receiving your request and inspecting the condition of the services you have paid for, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your request to process your refund. The funds will be refunded by the original payment method.
